An accomplished health economist and researcher with more than four decades of experience in public health and pharmaceutical outcomes research, Kenneth LaPensee holds a PhD in anthropology, social science, and health services from the University of Connecticut, where he was awarded a university fellowship and a research grant from the National Institute of Mental Health.
