Katie is the author of several cookbooks, including It’s Not Complicated: Simple Recipes for Every Day (2021), Endless Summer Cookbook (2015), The Comfort Table: Recipes for Everyday Occasions (2009), The Comfort Table (2008). Her debut novel, Groundswell (2011), became a Hallmark film in 2023, in which she co-starred and executive-produced. Katie’s next Hallmark film, which she co-wrote, produced, and stars, is coming out in the summer of 2025.
