Julie Guevara is an experienced Bay Area make-up artist. She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising & San Jose State University. Her make-up designs range from bridal to high fashion runway. Currently, she is the lead make-up artist for Cocoa Jeans USA and SweetKaos Entertainment. In addition, she is a MAC Professional Member.
