Judge Christopher J. Everett is the presiding judge of Denton County Probate Court No. 2. Selected by Judge Eads and our County Commissioners as the first presiding judge of this Court, Judge Everett took the bench on January 1, 2022. Prior to serving as the presiding judge, Judge Everett served as the associate probate court judge for Denton County Probate Court No. 1 under Judge Bonnie Robison. Before serving on the bench, Judge Everett was in private practice serving clients exclusively in
