Jackrabbit is a casual daytime restaurant in downtown Biddeford, Maine. We serve Scandinavian-inspired breads, pastries and cakes as well as seasonal vegetable dishes, sandwiches, and heartier small plates. Our coffee is ground to order and slow brewed to produce the best cup for a coffee break. We use local roasters from Maine who are passionate about sourcing and quality.
