HTP Homes Building Second Chances Program helps young adults in Baltimore find a way out of violent circumstances and avoid involvement in the criminal justice system through training in construction trades, financial literacy education, and emotional trauma support. The program also complements Baltimore’s revitalization strategy by restoring and repairing neglected properties in historically underfunded neighborhoods.
