HPCF stands for the Huntsville Police Citizens Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports the Huntsville Police Department and the community they serve. HPCF was founded in 2021 by a group of citizens who wanted to show their appreciation and gratitude for the brave men and women in blue who risk their lives every day to protect and serve.
