About Our Neighborhood The Home Owners Association owns approximately 33 acres of common area for use, benefit and enjoyment of the residents.  The common area in the back of the neighborhood has a 3/4 mile walking trail along the Muddy Creek.  The trail also connects with the Greenway to create 7+ miles of paved pathways.…
