Welcome to our HMR Network in Australia. The aim of this website is to promote better use of pharmacotherapy in General Practice through the use of Home Medication Review Services. Through this forum, we aim to promote a strong collaboration between GPs and Accredited Consultant Pharmacists in order to better streamline the process of home medication review for the benefit of our patients.
