The Hotel Employers Labor Relations Association is a membership-based, not-for-profit, private association representing the hotel industry in the Chicagoland area. The purpose of HELRA is to develop and foster an effective and harmonious working relationship between its hotel members and labor unions that are represented in member hotels.
