God has given me the physical ability to be a world class demonstrator of movement. I understand what the end goal is when it comes to movements each position will be exposed to. All this combined with the technical knowledge of strength and conditioning gives me the greatest breadth of application. Lastly, I have been formulating these methods over the past decade with top players in the world: Donovan, Keane, Vela, Gerrard, De Jong, Cole, Dos Santos, Pulisic, etc.
