Frou York is a jewelry and accessory brand created by independent fashion designer, Jes Miller. Miller launched Frou York in 2021 amidst the pandemic, from her apartment in New York City.  Miller utilized this opportunity to finally design a collection from her perspective and create authentic jewelry that reflected her aesthetic but was sparse in the market – Frou York creates quirky and elevated pieces that marry throwback elements with a modern twist.
