ISET is the issuer of record and registry for electronic transferable records (eTRs) — it issues, signs, perfects and verifies six instrument classes (ePN, eBE, eBL, eLC, eWR, eINV) on one registry under RA 8792, RA 11057 and the UNCITRAL MLETR control standard. Non-custodial: ISET issues the instrument and keeps the registry; it does not hold, lend or move funds, and it is not a currency, token, or bank.
