Since 2011, the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) has launched the Formosa Association of Student Cultural Ambassadors (FASCA) program in the United States and Canada. This program fosters connections between second and third-generation Taiwanese youth overseas and their cultural heritage in Taiwan. The Raleigh Chapter, FASCA Raleigh was founded in 2022.
