The Fundamentals of Addiction InTerventions (FAIT) Research Lab focusses on cognitive processes and associated neurobiological correlates underlying addiction and how these can be used to develop and test innovative treatment strategies. Cognitive processes such as impulsivity are investigated by means of questionnaires, behavioral tasks and neuroimaging. Innovative treatment strategies include cognitive training, pharmacology and neuromodulation.
