Welcome! I am The Rosita Herczeg Professor of Economics at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. I am also a Senior Researcher at The Institute for National Security Studies (INSS), a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) in London, and an Affiliated Researcher with The
