The ElgartLab at Sheba Medical Center studies uncharacterized human metabolites to uncover novel pathways in cardiovascular disease. Combining metabolomics, biochemistry, and AI, we aim to decode the dark matter of human metabolism and develop new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
