Lisa Schults spends her time teaching, riding, competing and traveling across Canada to test Pony Club as a National Examiner, and also judges at local dressage, hunter and hack shows. In addition, she is also an examiner for Equine Canada Rider Levels and does clinics for riding enthusiasts to become instructors themselves or to gain high school credits
