Born and raised in New York, Vance was taught by both of his grandmothers about how to make incredible food using only the freshest ingredients. He was just a little fella standing in the kitchen with his Nonna making sausage, cooking from scratch – picking, cutting, peeling, smelling the food – and of course, tasting to make sure it was perfect. He knew making incredible food for people was exactly what he wanted to do.
