City of Dickson Safe Streets for All Safety Action Plan To identify and prioritize roadway safety improvements for all road users in the City of Dickson. The Safety Action Plan will meet the requirements of the United States Department of Transportation’s (USDOT) Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) program. The goal of the Safety
