Detroit Vs. Addiction is a student-run organization designed to encourage the initiation and maintenance of opioid addiction treatment by equipping the community with readily available resources in the metro Detroit area. We aim to improve the lives of those struggling with addiction through volunteerism and research. In addition, we hope to continue to educate the medical student body on the current issues surrounding the opioid epidemic and equip them to work with patients.
