DeKalb County Transit Master Plan, in partnership with MARTA and DeKalb County, has engaged the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) to produce a Transit Master Plan (TMP) to provide a comprehensive vision for transit in DeKalb. The Transit Master Plan will address mobility challenges and help to enhance future development opportunities within each of the cities within DeKalb both north and south. This TMP will be completed in 2019.
