Day One PT and Pilates provides virtual Pilates classes and in-person physical therapy services provided by a doctor of physical therapy and certified Pilates instructor. Suited for people of all ages and fitness levels, instructor has a specialty in geriatrics, as well extensive training in and focus on fitness, returning to exercise post-injury, scoliosis, osteoporosis, pelvic health, prenatal, postpartum, and mommy and me classes.
