Darwin Lambert (1916–2007) was a dedicated conservationist, author, and advocate for America's national parks. As the first employee of Shenandoah National Park and a long-time member of the National Parks Conservation Association board, Lambert played a pivotal role in preserving and promoting the nation’s natural treasures.
