Born in Lebanon, my childhood and developmental years were marred by the Lebanese civil war. To escape the fear and anxiety, I sought refuge in books, reading until my candle expired.Aspiring for a better fuure away from the uncertainties and fears of war, I left Lebanon with my husband and lived in France for two years before moving to the USA.Home in the US is Guilford, Connecticut where my children were born and where I lived with my family for more than a decade.
