With over three years of experience in the intelligence domain, we identified critical gaps in analytical workflows while supporting the Defense and Security Forces of Ukraine. Working closely with field analysts — whose practices are shaping new standards — we systematically collected feedback, addressed real operational challenges, and built a solution grounded in day-to-day use.
