Community Whole Health Clinic is a charitable clinic that provides routine primary care and chronic disease management using therapeutic lifestyle interventions as a primary modality to treat chronic conditions. We also provide health education classes to teach ways to prevent, manage, and reverse chronic disease through lifestyle changes. We are a 501 c3 organization.
