The Culvers Hill community consists of two phases offering a variety of accommodations. Phase I is affordable housing for seniors 62 years of age and over.Phase II is for singles/families of all ages. We offer ground-level, duplex style living in our spacious two bedroom homes located on peaceful cul-de-sac streets. Our homes include a washer/dryer, private patios and have an attached garage.
