Background CPA SACCO LTD is a brainchild of the Members Service Committee of the Council of ICPAU. It was formed by the Accountants in a promoters’ meeting held on 31st July 2013. It is registered with the registrar of Cooperatives (Reg. No. 10417/RCS) in accordance with the requirements of the Cooperatives Societies Act Cap. 112 of the laws of Uganda.
