The Color of Wealth examines and maps the relative asset and debt positions of different racial, ethnic and ancestral groups in a specific metropolitan area, contextualizing racial wealth gaps with a location’s particular racial history. There are currently Color of Wealth studies for Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Tulsa, and Washington, D.C.
