The Council on International Law Order and Security (CILOS) is nonpartisan policy research and advisory organization, think tank, and publisher dedicated to responding to challenges facing global security and stability in the twenty-first century. The council, through its network of global leaders, intellectuals, and academics will shape policies and introduce strategies that upholds international order by promoting international law towards creating a world that is secure, stable, and free.
