Hello everybody! I am a Chef from Barcelona that loves cooking and sharing this passion to people interested on. My style of cooking is based on mediterranean culture, that is why the channel is named Barcino instead of Barcelona as tribute of this multicultural influence along the centuries, but it will be very influenced by other world regions that I have visited through the years.
