I am a travel writer, entrepreneur, tea and food judge, lecturer, and consultant based in London. As a former scientist, I apply my analytical skills and love for research into my work. When not writing, I look after the overall strategy and manage the operations of Marulin, a fine tea and food company that I co-founded based on my family farms in Taiwan.
