Charles Ross is an artist, sculptor, and is currently building Star Axis, an earthwork in eastern New Mexico. Ross collaborated with Virginia Dwan for the Dwan Light Sanctuary, in which he placed 24 prisms to create solar spectrums that move through the space with the passage of the sun.
