AI Limitations & Human Oversight AI systems: * May produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information * Require human review, judgment, and oversight * Are not substitutes for legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice You agree not to rely exclusively on AI outputs without independent verification. 5. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise agreed in writing: * CDH AI Strategy & Solutions retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, methodologies, templates, processes, and materials. * Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing data, content, and business information. * Custom AI agents or workflows may be licensed to the client for internal business use only. No intellectual property is transferred unless expressly stated in writing. 6. Confidentiality We treat all client information as confidential and proprietary. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties except: * As required by law * With written consent * As necessary to perform agreed services This obligation survives termination of services. 7. Payment Terms Fees, payment schedules, and deliverables are outlined in proposals or agreements. We are not responsible for: * Third-party outages or failures * Changes in third-party pricing or policies * Data handled directly by third-party providers Your use of such tools is subject to their respective terms. 11. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services for: * Non-payment * Misuse of services * Unlawful or unethical activity * Breach of these Terms Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain due. 12.
