CART Network is a multi-disciplinary team of researchers and academics striving to advance Climate Action Research for Transportation and the quantification of greenhouse gas emissions at a municipal level. CART is sponsored by Environment and Climate Change Canada. This network emerged as part of Dalhousie Transportation Collaboratory (DalTRAC), combining expertise of multiple disciplines including civil and resource engineering, urban planning, computer and data science, and risk management.
