Carrie Beckort has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Ball State University. She spent seventeen years in the corporate industry before writing her first novel, Kingston’s Project. She writes books that explore the complexities of life.  She lives in Indiana with her husband and daughter.  Carrie mostly writes contemporary emotional fiction that is true to life. Sometimes it's beautiful, sometimes it's messy, and sometimes it hurts.
