Here at Cahoon Farms, we process fresh and frozen IQF apples, apple juice and several dried apple options.  We can process a variety of slice and dice sizes to meet your needs. We regularly process dozens of different apple varieties. Our finished product is of outstanding quality and fresh delicious flavor. Many of our apple varieties, fresh or frozen, are available year-round. We also process locally picked cherries to provide frozen cherries or cherry juice concentrate.
