The British Virgin Islands Bar Association (“BVIBA”) was founded in 1976 and is a voluntary association of Lawyers. It is the Voice of the Legal Profession in the Virgin Islands. The BVIBA has its own constitution, ethical standards to uphold, and disciplinary procedures. It is committed to serving as well as facilitating positive change within the legal profession and our community. The BVIBA seeks to promote and improve the administration of Justice and the Rule of Law.
