Foundation Lutheran Church is a new church plant located in the Folsom and El Dorado Hills area of Northern California. We are part of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS), an association of churches united in confession, mission, and ministry. The WELS has been around since 1850 and serves hundreds of thousands of Christians in North America and around the world.
