Bud's Produce was founded in 1950 by Bud Gregory of Elizabethtown. Bud's was the first processing facility east of the Mississippi to process and package retail salads. Our warehouse on Ring Road was one of the first structures built on the 'new road' in 1984. In 1999 Bud retired and Premier Produce, LLC took over Bud's operations.
