Buckboard Therapeutic Riding Academy was founded in 1997 with the goal of providing all disabled persons, young and old, the opportunity to experience the healing power of the human/horse bond. Our program combines instruction in traditional horsemanship skills with concepts of physical, occupational, speech, and behavior therapies in a controlled setting by experienced professionals for individuals with special needs.
