Bodies in Play is a Los Angeles-based mission-driven performance collective. We endeavor to challenge and evolve the aesthetics of performance through a consent-based, collaboratively-directed creative process. We bridge the gap between professionalized concert dance and community-based theater by inviting audiences into our creative process and ensuring that those who make the work own the work.
