The Birnbaum Lab is part of the Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research at MIT. Our lab is focused on understanding and manipulating immune recognition, using protein engineering in cells to create novel immune treatments, and developing methods to better study and engineer diverse repertoires of molecules.
