Shotokan Karate in Emmer Green and Newbury. Our teacher is a 3rd Dan Shotokan Karate Instructor. His classes cater for advanced students and beginners. Regular training improves: flexibility, endurance, strength, and understanding how to defend yourself (if you are attacked). Our karate classes comprise practice of • Kihon (basic routines), • Kumite (fighting drills), and • Kata (sets of routines organised to help us memorise techniques)
