Freestyle yoga is a sequence featuring a smooth, continuous flow of movement which includes warming up, stretching, cardio, cooling down and relaxation. Recommended for ages 12+ Classes are $10 for a walk-in, but I do offer packages as well. You can purchase 5 classes for $45 or 10 classes for $80. I only accept cash or checks at this time.
