We produce stone-ground cornmeal and grits made from the highest quality organically grown corn. Our mill turns a pink granite stone from NC to grind the corn at low temperature to retain nutrients and just the right size to be hearty yet creamy. The result is amazing tasting grits in a variety of colors.
