Beantown Softball League (BSL) is the longest-running athletic organization open to gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer people and allies in New England. The League fosters community, friendly competition, and access to the sport of slow-pitch softball. The League has two seasons: Spring (May-July) and Fall Ball (Sept-Oct). In the Spring, divisions are determined by the level of play (competitive, intermediate, and recreational). In Fall Ball, teams are mixed with players of varying exper
