(NL) studied Fine Art at the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam and later Art & Design in Education at HKU Utrecht. His current work consists of detailed pen drawings built from tiny bird-like marks that form swarming patterns, evolving into organic, botanical shapes. Technique and concept are closely interwoven in his practice.
