Ballylisk of Armagh is a Northern Irish producer of artisan cheese, which includes the famous Triple Rose triple cream cheese and Single Rose Brie. Our milk is from a single herd and our cheesemaking process is very manual. Each cheese is handcrafted and handwrapped to perfection.
